It is this unwavering mission that drives all "Astralites" to go boldly where no one else has gone before (to paraphrase the opening line from the original Star Trek TV series). To seek new thinking. Our team has a broad and diverse expertise in business, in C-level advisory, in accounting and financial reporting, in enterprise performance management, in governance, risk and compliance, in technology, in project management and implementation, in software development, in education, in human resources, in organizational development, and in coaching and mentoring.
We have subject matter expertise in a variety of portfolios including professional services, real estate, retail, government, financial services, manufacturing, science, and health and social services. Our multi-disciplinary approach to solution delivery means our customers get the best, practical solutions and not narrow, off the shelf fixes.
Our team also includes third party experts with wisdom that we can draw on to expand the comprehensiveness of our service. These gurus include entrepreneurs, executives of successful non-profit and for-profit organizations, researchers, professional coaches, and users of decision support and predicative analytics.
Our Greater Community
Because of Astral Tech’s collaborative and open mind-set, we are partners with select, innovative organizations including large industry leaders and emerging software visionaries. Not only do we partner with technology firms but we form alliances with post secondary institutions, our customers, local vendors, social agencies, and other forward thinking entities. We value are partners and work hard to ensure mutual success. We believe in helping our partners. In helping others, Astral Tech not only succeeds financially and enlarges our market presence but we contribute to achieving potential for everyone in our sphere of influence. Our company encourages new immigrants, the socially disadvantaged, individuals in their late career phases, and fresh graduates to work with us. Astral Tech is an enthusiastic supporter of co-operative work placements and job volunteering – providing practical experience. Astralites are encouraged to do community service whether it is to clean the local park, to teach English as a second language, or simply, to answer the questions of a lost tourist. Giving back to the community is important to us. Our community relations department, unheard of in most IT firms, stewards our social responsibility agenda.
